This Privacy Policy explains how TrackKarle ("the App", "we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the App.

1) Information We Collect

• No account or personal profile is required by the App.
• Local-only app data: your investments and settings are stored on your device. We do not operate servers to receive or store your content.
• Platform/diagnostic data: Google Play and/or your device OS may collect limited diagnostic information per their policies (e.g., crash logs, ANRs, app version).
• Advertising data (via Appodeal SDK): device information such as IP address, Advertising ID, approximate location (derived from IP), device type and operating system, app interactions (ad impressions/clicks), and other signals necessary for ad delivery, measurement, and fraud prevention.

2) Advertising (Appodeal)

• The App displays banner ads using Appodeal, an ad mediation platform that works with multiple advertising networks.
• Appodeal and its partner networks may process data for ad delivery, personalization, measurement, and fraud prevention.

Data Collected by Advertising Networks:

• Advertising ID (a unique, user-resettable identifier)
• IP Address
• Device information (type, OS version)
• App usage and interaction data
• Approximate location (based on IP address)

3) Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13 (or under the age required by local law, e.g., 16 in the EEA/UK). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, contact us so we can take appropriate action.

4) Permissions Used

• INTERNET: required for loading ads and fetching external content such as news feeds.
• ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: used to check network connectivity for ads and content fetching.
• Any additional permissions added in future releases will be disclosed in the Play listing and reflected in this policy.

5) Data Storage and Security

Your financial data (e.g., investments, settings) is stored locally on your device (e.g., Room database or SharedPreferences). We recommend using a device screen lock and keeping your OS/apps updated for maximum security.

6) Data Retention

Local app data remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall the App. Ad-related data is processed and retained by Appodeal and its advertising partners in accordance with their respective privacy policies.

7) Your Choices and Controls

Opt-Out of Personalized Advertising:

• Android: Go to Settings > Google > Ads > Enable "Opt out of Ads Personalization"

Reset Your Advertising ID:

• Android: Settings > Google > Ads > Reset advertising ID

To stop all data collection, uninstall the App.

8) Your Rights (GDPR/EEA/UK)

Where applicable, you may have rights to: access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing of your personal data, and data portability. To exercise your rights regarding data processed by Appodeal and advertising partners, use the privacy tools/links provided above.

9) California Privacy (CCPA/CPRA)

We do not sell or share personal information as defined by CCPA/CPRA. You may limit ad personalization in Android settings and via applicable consent dialogs.

10) Third-Party SDKs

• Firebase SDK (for analytics and performance monitoring)

11) International Users

Ad services (Appodeal and its partner networks) may process data on servers worldwide. Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your own.

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the App, SDKs, or legal requirements. The "Last updated" date indicates the latest revision.
